can you post a download version for windows?

Sure, I'll do that as soon as I get back to my dev machine.

i cant get the blast gun to lift me far enough up to platform to get to the hostages , even with full ammo and health ... it gets me to a little bit higher after jumping but not far enough , then it just slows your fall even with repeated button mashing - am i missing something ?

great game up till now !

Try firing it at the same time as jumping to get maximum height. Sorry it wasn't explained well!

Really nice! Surprisingly (and annoyingly) difficult at times. Completely underestimated this ;-)

Pfffff, that boss is just flatout annoying. I feel it's mostly about luck and not skill, although I might be lacking some skill. That energy ball right at the entrance is really a cheap shot.

Edit: Ok I'm giving up after trying it for like 30 times, it's just too hard for me.

Hahah sorry about the cheap shot, it was intended, cruel as it is. A tip for fighting the boss is to get overcharged using the enemies in the side room, stay overcharged and use any extra star meter to shoot "C" attacks up. Thanks for playing the game! I'll be releasing a balance patch after the Godot Wild Jam's rating period is over, which may tweak the boss difficulty curve a bit.

Ah, yeah, I thought the Star Shot didn't make that much of a difference, but perhaps I'm underestimating it ;-) Not sure if balancing is needed or that I just suck though ;-)
